RATIFICATION OF AMENDMENT #4 WITH SCHENKEL SHULTZ ARCHITECTURE FOR THE NORTH COUNTY TECHNICAL CENTER PROJECT
Description
The scope of work for the amendment shall include the re-design and re-detail of the recessed slab areas as required to change from 2-1/2" to 4" recess for Phase 1A/2. This additional recess will allow for clearance for under-floor data and electrical cabling.
The cost of this amendment shall not exceed $5,246.00. Funds for this amendment are available through the project budget account.
Recommendation
That Amendment #4 to the agreement dated 10/4/2005 with Schenkel Shultz Architecture for the North County Technical Center project be ratified as presented.
